Wellness Retreats · Sēlah Valley Estate
Private. Quiet. Properly resourced.
Private property — no other guests, no shared resort lobby, no interruptions. The Pavilion as the program space. The farm and valley as the environment.
Mist on the paddocks at sunrise. Highland cattle in the lower paddock. A creek you can swim in at lunch. Quiet at night. Sēlah provides the space — you bring the program.
This is not a resort — it's 430 acres of valley. That distinction matters: participants arrive and genuinely disconnect. The landscape is not manufactured for wellness. It simply is.

Frequently asked questions
The Pavilion is the primary program space — a flexible, high-ceiling venue with natural light and full indoor-outdoor flow to the deck. Capacity is up to 100 participants. The outdoor deck, paddocks, creek, and valley are available for movement practice, group sessions, and nature-based activities.
All Sēlah accommodation options are available: The Homestead (up to 6 guests), Hillside Cabins (2–4 per cabin), Creekside Lodges (2–7 per lodge), and Premium Camping (up to 55 across 11 sites). Total indoor beds: 34. Accommodation is booked separately from venue hire and coordinated at enquiry stage.
Yes — Sēlah is a dry hire property. You bring your own facilitators, practitioners, and caterers. Caterers have full access to the commercial kitchen. We do not impose a wellness program or direction on how you use the space.
There is no fixed minimum, but most retreat groups book for a weekend (2 nights) or a week-long program. Longer residential retreats of 5–10 days are possible. Availability varies by season — enquire early for extended programs.
Sēlah is a working farm — not a wellness park. The landscape is genuine: mist on the paddocks at sunrise, highland cattle in the lower paddock, a creek you can swim in at lunch. The environment itself does work that a purpose-designed resort cannot. Participants arrive as guests and leave having genuinely disconnected.
