The Pavilion accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated event. For smaller, more intimate gatherings, the grounds and creek areas can host beautiful informal celebrations. The property works well from 20 guests up to the full 100.

No — day guests are welcome for the event itself, with on-site parking available for non-staying visitors. Many celebrations have a core group staying across The Homestead, Hillside Cabins, and Creekside Lodges, with broader family or friends attending for the day only.

Yes, with advance approval. All theming and décor must be pre-approved. No alterations to fixtures are permitted. Candles must be in glass vessels. Sparkler exits and outdoor lighting require written approval. Fireworks, balloons, rice, and confetti (except biodegradable petals outdoors) are not permitted.

The minimum venue hire is typically a single-day event. Most private celebrations include at least one night of accommodation. Weekend packages (Friday through Sunday) with The Pavilion and all accommodation are popular and include setup time the day before.
