Farm Operations Manager
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Farm Operations Manager to lead our farming operations and help us create unforgettable experiences for every guest.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves working with their hands, takes pride in maintaining things properly, and understands that the quality of our grounds and facilities directly impacts every wedding, every event, and every guest stay.
You'll live on-site in a brand new 2-bedroom cottage and be the driving force behind everything that makes our property exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds to an exceptional standard
- Keep all farm machinery and equipment running reliably
- Care for our animals – cattle, goats, and chickens
- Manage infrastructure projects and property improvements
- Work alongside 1-2 farm hands and coordinate with suppliers
- Be the on-site presence that keeps everything running smoothly
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years experience in trades, farming, or agricultural operations
- Strong mechanical skills – you can diagnose problems and fix them properly
- Experience operating farm machinery (tractors, excavators/bobcats, mowers)
- Practical animal husbandry experience
- Current driver's license
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Pride in your work and attention to detail

| Superannuation (12%) | $9,600 |
| Vehicle | Ford Ranger dual cab including fuel ($15,000) |
| Accommodation | Brand new 2-bedroom cottage (rent to be discussed) |

- High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Warm, professional manner with guests
